We do the work so that you don't have to. However, sometimes we run into frustrations that take us time to resolve. This can include calls or emails to third party vendors, clean up of previous work etc. Because we can provide you with varying amounts of work, it is difficult at this time to estimate how much a full scale set up will cost. However, we will do our best to give you a close estimate.

Charges are as follows:

If we are doing the complete design for your store, there is a one hour charge for obtaining your website specifications. This is the time it has averaged us to obtain exact specifications so that we don't waste any time putting together your site. If we go over that amount you will not be charged for any excess time over 1 hour.

All other time worked will be billed on an hourly basis based on actual time worked on your behalf.  This includes calling third parties, setting up email accounts, or accounts for any other widget you would like to show on your webpage.  This time does not include the time it takes us to change the toner in our printer, take out our dog, or take care of the important necessities of life. We keep track of start times and finish times to make it fair for all of us. If there is partial time left within the hour it will be billed at the full hourly rate.  However, we will agree to allow that time to be used for follow-up changes, and follow-up care.

We do provide follow-up care, answer questions, and make subsequent changes to your pages as needed.  This work is billed at out at our regular rate.  We do have quite a few clients for whom we provide ongoing support on a prepaid basis.

We will provide you with an estimate based on the specifications you provide us. 80% of the amount due is payable before the work is performed. The remainder can be paid upon completion. Be prepared to pay us for the remainder the date the work we provide is complete.

Payment for one hour will get you booked on our schedule.  We do our best to stay on schedule, however occasionally we are delayed. If this is the case we will contact you to revise our schedule.
